This app turns the iPod or iPhone into a simple stroboscope. It produces a flash of duration 30ms with a controllable period between flashes. To optimize its effectiveness, go into Settings and turn the brightness to the maximum setting. Aim the screen at an object which undergoes periodic rotation or vibration to stop the apparent motion.
